The name itself holds a special meaning. As a child, my dad gave me the nickname “Bear,” and it stuck. It became a personal reminder of the strength and dependability he instilled in me—the kind of strength you need to see a job through, no matter what. When I started this business, I wanted a name that reflected that same spirit.
